JAMCO provides regional, open-ended construction and renovation projects at Government facilities around the world. A few examples of our contracts are:

  • JOC for Maintenance, Repair, Upgrade and Construction of Real Property Facilities, for Fort Sam Houston

    JAMCO Ventures, LLC was awarded this Job Order Contract for maintenance, repairs, upgrades and construction of Real Property Facilities at Fort Sam Houston Army Base, Camp Bullis, and FSH Canyon Lake Recreational Park. The U.S. Corps of Engineers and the Fort Sam Houston Division has issued 51 job orders under this JOC in the first year and a half. JAMCO has completed an array of job orders at Fort Sam Houston including renovation and repair to existing structures such as complete renovation and enlargement of bathrooms in Buildings 1152, 1153, 1159 and 1160, repair roadwork and striping to several main access roads including Schofield Road at Fort Sam Houston and Military Highway at Camp Bullis, and other job orders have included new construction including a Running Track.

  • IDIQ SABER I and II contract Laughlin AFB, Spofford Auxiliary Airfield, and Laughlin AFB Marina

    JAMCO was awarded the IDIQ SABER contract for real property, maintenance, repair, alteration and minor construction projects that include building and commercial work at Laughlin AFB, Spofford Auxiliary Airfield, and Laughlin AFB Marina. The Contracting Officer at Laughlin AFB issued a total of 15 task orders within the execution period of this SABER contract. Of the 15 task orders, 3 received Outstanding CCASS, 5 received Above Average CCASS, 1 received a Satisfactory CCASS and the remaining are awaiting issuance of CCASS from the USACE.

    The projects completed for the government at Laughlin AFB have been varied in types of construction disciplines, including repair and renovation to the Common Areas in Buildings 255 and 256, the dormitory rooms in Building 25, general renovation of Building 328, repairs to the Dog Kennel Floors and the Fitness Center Steam Room, as well as new construction of Parking Covers, Overhead Doors to the base Fire Station, the roof to Building 309, the Control Tower and the Vehicle Channeling Systems at the west entrance to the base.

  • Task Order Under the MATOC HUBZone Small Business Pool, Fort Worth District Corps of Engineers

    JAMCO constructed an Urban Assault Course under a SWD MATOC which is limited to the geographic boundaries of the Southwestern Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico. The scope consisted of construction, renovation, repairs and alterations, preventive maintenance, environmental abatement, and operations activities. The Urban Assault Course received an Above Average Rating. During this inspection, the lead CCI/TII inspector (Joe Wilson) commented that, “he had not seen the high quality of workmanship, nor a cleaner project site out of any of the other Range projects that they had inspected at many bases across the United States”
